Melanie Fisher
Melanie Fisher serves as Vice President, Equity Partner, and Integrator at HIRECLOUT, an award-winning technology recruiting, executive search, and consulting firm. She leads business operations and works closely with VC and PE firms, as well as founders and executives to scale technology and go-to-market teams.
A U.S. Army veteran, Melanie served as an 88M Motor Transport Operator specializing in heavy equipment transport, with one deployment to Iraq. Her military service developed a strong foundation in leadership, logistics, adaptability, and mission execution; principles that continue to shape her approach to business and organizational leadership today.
Following her military service, Melanie built a career spanning supply chain management, recruiting, talent strategy, sales operations, and business operations. At HIRECLOUT, she helps translate business objectives into scalable systems, effective talent strategies, and high-performing teams. Her work has included initiatives across operational excellence, workforce development, process improvement, sales strategy, and organizational growth.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems & Operations Management and an MBA from California State University, Northridge. Her combination of military leadership, business education, and private-sector experience has shaped her belief that strong organizations are built by creating systems that enable both people and businesses to succeed.
